The Aase Fund honors a 50-plus year legacy of dominance in Model United Nations at Huntington Beach High School, a public high school in Southern California, by providing merit-and-need-based travel grants for top juniors and seniors to compete at national and international MUN conferences.
In Model UN, you don't just learn to speak—you learn to listen. Students sharpen skills in research, strategic analysis, communication, and collaborative problem solving. They develop a global mindset. They learn to challenge themselves as individuals and work together as a team.
HBHS's award-winning MUN program prepares students to be leaders in any career path they choose later in life. The Aase Fund was founded by alumni of the program who know firsthand the value of academic competition at an elite level and want to make sure that juniors and seniors who excel can compete at top conferences no matter their family's financial circumstances.
